Pastor “runs baby factory in Aba, rapes pregnant girls”
A pastor has landed in police net for allegedly running a baby factory in Abia state.
Pastor Christopher Adebanya Tochukwu, according to reports, converted his church at No. 252 Faulks road in Aba, to a baby factory.
Tochukwu allegedly raped the girls at the centre. One of the girls was said to have stabbed him on the neck during one his alleged rape acts.
A girl, Imeobong Udoh, said the pastor’s wife forcefully took her two-month-old baby away from her and sold to an unknown person.
Police say they were able to rescue a two-week-old baby girl from the baby factory and has been taken to a motherless baby’s home for care and custody.
One of the girls, Ikechukwu Jane, said Tochukwu’s wife, who has since fled, knew about her husband’s exploits with the girls and told them that when he sleeps with the girls, “the babies in our womb are being fed naturally.”
Tochukwu, who claimed to be a nurse by training, however, denied raping the girls.
