Passenger bus plunges into river, kills 21

The bus had players and fans of an amateur football team on board at the time of the incident, reports say.
Officials believe the bus was speeding and the driver lost control when it went over a speed bump, Sunday evening.
It eventually careened off a bridge and plunged into a river in Veracruz, eastern Mexico.
21 persons including children are said to have died in the accident while about 30 others sustained injuries.
Mexican Presiden Enrique Pena Nieto has sent his condolences to families of the victims on his Twitter account..
