Osinbajo flies to Maiduguri after Boko Haram attack

Acting President, Yemi Osinbajo on Thursday flew to Maiduguri, the Borno state capita
flagged off the Aso Rock food distribution programme.
This is coming less than 24 hours.The Nigerian Police in Maiduguri on Thursday confirmed that 17 persons died while 24 others injured when Boko Haram insurgents launched a coordinated attack on Maiduguri.
The Commissioner of Police, Damian Chukwu, told journalists in a press briefing that three Boko Haram suicide bombers were shot dead as security personnel battled to repel the attack.
