NYSC corp member knocked down by reckless danfo driver dies
A serving member of the Nigerian Youth Service Corps (NYSC), identified as Morenikeji, who was knocked down by a reckless Danfo driver in Lagos yesterday has died.
The incident was reported to have happened yesterday morning around the Igbo Efon axis, Lekki-Epe Expressway.
The victim was immediately rushed to the Lagos University Teaching Hospital where she was receiving treatment before she eventually gave up.
The driver who was reported as being drunk has since been arrested and will be charged to court for manslaughter.
