Nigerian bank to pay customers N10,000 for expressing thier grievances

A Nigerian bank has taken customer service to a whole new level.

Skye Bank will not merely listen to customers’ complaints and effect needed changes, it would also pay customers for making those complaints.

“In line with our commitment to continuously deliver superior service to you, we are introducing a Voice of Customer (VoC) initiative aimed at receiving real-time feedback on your experience using any of our channels (Branch, ATM, Skye Mobile and Internet Banking),” the bank said in a statement mailed to customers on January 23.

“Based on your interactions with Skye Bank in subsequent months, we will proactively solicit your feedback/suggestions on how we can serve you better.

“As a reward for participation, we will be giving a cash prize of N10,000.00 each to 15 respondents at the end of every quarter.

“We assure you that your commendations, suggestions or complaints would help us measure and improve on our service delivery.

“Please do not hesitate to share your experience using this medium and other media we have designed to solicit your feedback.
