Long queues have reportedly disappeared from filling stations in Abuja for the first time in months.

Residents say they suspect the queues have been made to go away due to the ongoing International Oil Summit in the FCT.

They are certain the queues will be back.

Petroleum minister, Dr Ibe Kachikwu had, last week, implored oil suppliers to make the queues go away in anticipation of the visit of ‘international visitors’ coming for the summit.
