NECLive9: Big Cabal Media confirmed as media partner at Nigeria Entertainment Conference 2022 

Big Cabal Media, the owners of Zikoko and Tech Cabal, has joined the growing list of organisations and individuals partnering with ID Africa for the ninth edition of the Nigerian Entertainment Conference (NECLive), West Africa’s largest gathering of creative and entertainment professionals, holding on Friday, April 29, 2022, at Landmark Event Centre, Lagos.

Through its youth-centric platforms, CEO of Big Cabal Media and NECLive8 speaker, Tomiwa Aladekomo, confirms that the company will be providing full media coverage for NECLive9. 

Founded by Bankole Oluwafemi and Seyi Taylor in 2014, BCM has excelled as an indigenous digital media company that creates super-engaging content around culture, entertainment, entrepreneurship, innovation, and other areas that resonate with today’s African youth. In March, BCM raised a $2.3 million seed round funding.

This year, NECLive returns as a hybrid event featuring a select number of guests with online participants and a live global broadcast on cable TV and across other media channels. The conference will bring together African creatives and entertainers to explore the theme, ‘“Sustaining The Africa Momentum.” With a focus on answering some key questions, NECLive9 will seek to help stakeholders in the entertainment industry drive social change through the use of digital media and technology tools, as well as create sustainable wealth, build democracy and economic power in Africa.
