Natalie Adepoju: Quick facts you need to know about the Nigerian lady found dead with Twilight actor boyfriend Gregory Tyree

 

Natalie Adepoju a 27-year-old Nigerian lady was found dead with her American boyfriend and actor Gregory Tyree Boyce at their apartment in Las Vegas on Wednesday May 13.

The 30-year-old actor played Tyler Crowley in the 2008 film Twilight. Natalie and Boyce, who were said to have been dating for around a year, were found by Boyce’s cousin but the cause of their death remains unannounced.

While more attention has been on Boyce, mystery has surrounded the personality of Natalie who is relatively out of limelight before dying with the actor.

Natalie is believed to be living with her family in the United States and the family has said it is their “wishes to not disclose the cause (of her death). We ask that you respect the families’ wishes”.

Natalie had a four-year-old son named Egypt which she had from a previous relationship, while Boyce also left behind a 10-year-old daughter, Alaya which he had with an ex based in Los Angeles.

A GoFundMe account has been created for her by one Mariah Megginson to raise $15,000 to send her “home the proper way.” $6,254 has so far been raised.

Information on the GoFundMe page revealed that Natalie’s mother is late while her father is still alive. She is one of the two daughters among her parents’ four children (two sons and two daughters).

Findings by Neusroom revealed that Natalie lost her mother on September 13, 2018. In an Instagram post shared on September 13, 2018, she wrote: “My Mama prepared me for everything, except how to live without her. May you keep me and my family in your prayers; my mother passed away this morning.”

“Today’s marks a year my love. It’s not a day I’m not in my feelings about you and not being able to hear your voice or that simple laugh you can give me when I’m frustrated,” In a tribute to her mother on the first anniversary of her death she wrote. “My pain isn’t for no one to understand… But I do know, take advantage of the closest ones to you, your my angel and I had a great dream about you this morning. Rest well my beautiful queen”.

She was a fan of late American rapper Tupac Shakur. In one of her IG posts about the singer, she shared Tupac’s photo with an excerpt from his ‘Do for Love’ lyrics, “I wanna take your misery; replace it with happiness but I need your faith in me.”

A note on the GoFundMe page reads: “We are writing this letter to let you know that our loving daughter, niece, sister, cousin, and friend Natalie Adepoju suddenly passed away on May 13, 2020 in Las Vegas, NV.

The note further read: “However, due to the sudden passing and the need to bring Natalie home, we are asking if you can help with any monetary donation.”

The family said she had so much life to live and they “are saddened that her life was cut short.”

“Natalie leaves behind one son, her father, two brothers and one sister, and a host of family and friends who love her dearly.”
