Lagos: Man with horrible seat belt habit talks on phone while driving
This commercial bus driver simply “hooked” his seat belt, something meant for his safety, to his vehicle’s door.
The driver also angered some passengers as he received a phone call during the trip.
The photo was taken in Lagos on Friday morning on the Palmgroove-Allen route.
The driver would have been in serious trouble had he been spotted by officers of the Lagos State Traffic Management Agency (LASTMA).
