Lagos: Man electrocuted while picking items at demolished site

A yet-to-be-identified man has been reported electrocuted while on the site of the just-demolished Pen cinema in Agege area of Lagos State.

Newsroom.ng reported yesterday that the demolition was being carried out by the state government to construct a flyover in that area.

According to eyewitnesses, the man walked around to pick up some useful things from the debris. Unfortunately, he touched a metal that still had electricity in it and he was electrocuted.

His body has since been deposited at the morgue.
