La Liga and Serie A action live on DStv and GOtv this weekend as Napoli host Juve

DStv and GOtv customers can continue to watch amazing 2020/21 La Liga and Serie A action scheduled for February 12-15 2021.

Viewers get to see the legendary La Liga, where the pick of matches for this round sees Real Madrid welcome Valencia to Estadio Alfredo Di Stefano on Sunday February 14 at 4pm on SuperSport LaLiga and SuperSport GOtv LaLiga (DStv Channel 204 & GOtv Channel 32). This match will be a revenge mission for Los Blancos, who were humbled 4-1 by Los Che when the teams met at Estadio de Mestalla in November.

A Rapahael Varane own goal added to a hat-trick of penalties for Valencia’s Carlos Soler as they claimed a famous win over Real, though that was a rare bright spot in what has otherwise been a struggling season for Los Che.

Real, meanwhile, seem to have an internal conflict where their established stars are keeping up-and-coming youngsters away from the starting XI – a situation not helped by manager Zinedine Zidane’s reluctance to rotate his squad.

Elsewhere in Spain this weekend, Barcelona will look to claim a home win over Deportivo Alaves on Saturday February 13, at 9pm on SuperSport LaLiga and SuperSport GOtv LaLiga. The Catalan giants are still stinging from their Super Cup defeat to Athletic Bilbao, though manager Ronald Koeman insists they have shrugged off the disappointment.

Atletico Madrid face a tricky trip to Estadio Nuevo Los Carmenes to face a Granada side with European ambitions on on Saturday, 13th February at 2pm on SuperSport LaLiga and SuperSport GOtv LaLiga, while Sevilla will back themselves to overcome Huesca in a home clash on Saturday, 13th February at 4pm on SuperSport LaLiga and SuperSport GOtv LaLiga as they continue to push for a return to the UEFA Champions League next season.

The headline fixture from Serie A this weekend sees Napoli welcome Juventus to Stadio Diego Armando Maradona on Saturday February 13 at 6pm on SuperSport Football, SuperSport Variety 3 and SuperSport GOtv Select 1 (DStv Channel 205, 208 & GOtv Channel 33). This clash will have plenty of spice – not only have these two teams been title rivals in recent seasons, they also met in the recent Italian Super Cup and had a league clash earlier this season controversially postponed.

Napoli felt they were unable to travel to Turin for an October fixture due to Covid-19 travel restrictions, but the match should have gone ahead and was awarded to Juve. However, the Neapolitans successfully appealed and the clash has been rescheduled for later this year.

The weekend features another major clash when Internazionale host Lazio at the San Siro on Sunday February 14 at 8:45pm on SuperSport Football, SuperSport Variety 3 and SuperSport GOtv Select 1. The Nerazzurri are right in the hunt for the title and cannot afford to drop points against Le Aquile – as was the case when the teams met back in October and played out a 1-1 draw in Rome.
