Kenya university reopens 9 months after terror attack
January 4, 2016
Nine months after the killing of about 150 people in an attack on Kenya’s Garissa University College, the university is set to resume her business.
The university was forced to close after the attack by militant islamist group al-Shabab in April, 2015.
Staff reported to work today while students are due to return to classes next Monday, BBC reports.
The campus, north east of Kenya, now has a police post to guarantee the safety of students and staff..
