JUST IN: Lawmakers begin impeachment process against Governor Ambode
Lawmakers in Lagos have initiated an impeachment process against Governor Akinwunmi Ambode.
TVC reports Monday evening that the State House of Assembly members have levelled allegations of gross misconduct against Ambode.
Ambode has been in the black book of the lawmakers for months and he was voted out by party members as APC’s flag bearer in the forthcoming gubernatorial election in Lagos.
Plenary session is reportedly in progress.
