Irate IPOB youth burns down Ariaria police station
IPOB members have reportely set the Ariaria Police station in Aba on fire.
In the same vein, the home of the police commissioner of that state has also been attacked by a mob suspected to be suspected members of the Indigenous People of Biafra.
It was stated online that they threw Molotov cocktails (a bottle filled with fuel and lit with a piece of cloth) into the compound.
Reports stated that it took the intervention of a detachment of the mobile policemen to quell the tension.
Aba has been a hotbed of protests against a deployment of soldiers to the area.
