When it comes to cancer, early detection is key.
Nigerians of all ages will get free cancer screening today, courtesy of the Committee Encouraging Corporate Philanthropy (CECP-Nigeria).
The screening starts by 1:00 p.m. at the National Arts Theatre, Lagos State.
Elderly Nigerians will be given VIP treatment, CECP-Nigeria told Newsroom on Thursday.
The free cancer screening holds to mark Nigeria’s Independence Day celebrations.
October is also Cancer Awareness Month and International Day for the Elderly.
