Football fan scams wife, “cunningly” names daughter after favourite club
Their daughter’s name, Lanesra, is actually Arsenal spelt backwards.
And the mother didn’t find out until the die hard Arsenal FC fan confessed to her after two years.
Afterwards, the mother wrote to a magazine:
We chose our daughter’s name, Lanesra, because it was unique and romantic. It wan’t till she was two that my husband told me it was actually his favourite soccer team, Arsenal, spelled backwards!
