Father slices son’s ear for disappearing from home in Imo
An unidentified father physically deformed his son in Okigwe, Imo State on Wednesday by slicing the boy’s ear with a razor.
Reports say the punishment was meted on the boy by the father for being too stubborn,
An eyewitness, Izuogu Rowland, claimed the father and sympathisers had been thrown into panic after the boy left home without disclosing his destination. He was found after a frantic search.
The father proceeded to flog him when he was eventually found. The boy’s ear was sliced in the process.
The witness said he had been taken to the hospital for treatment.
