Fatal combination! LASU student drinks mixed liquor, vomits till death

Gbadeyan Awolola Adesina and Arofeso Oladipupo, both students of the Lagos State University (LASU), were attending an award ceremony when they consumed the mixture.

The ceremony which took place at Treasure Palace Hotel in Igando, was organised by the History department of the institution.

According to reports, the mixture comprised of Vodka, Smirnoff Ice, Magic Moment, Orijin, and Elliot.

P.M News reports that the duo began to vomit some few minutes after drinking the mixture. They soon lost consciouness and were rushed to Igando General Hospital.

There “Adesina died while the doctors were battling to save the life of Oladipupo”, Lagos Police PRO, Dolapo Badmus said, confirming the incident.

The dead victim’s body has been deposited in a morgue while investigations continue, the police spokesperson said..
