Ben Murray-Bruce currently represents the Bayelsa East constituency, in Bayelsa State at the upper chambers of the National Assembly.
Unlike many who are expecting end of the year gifts from all corners possible, Senator Ben Murray-Bruce is not expecting hampers from any governor or government agency.
The “common sense” senator, Tuesday morning, said he doesn’t understand why a government agency would give hampers to elites when 2 million IDPs are starving.
Murray-Bruce had some very stern words for governors in the country, most of whom have been saying they can’t afford to pay the N18,000 minimum wage.
