Delta: Married father dies after “overdosing on sex boosting drug”
A middle aged man was found dead in a hotel room in Ugboroke, Uvwie local government area of Delta State after allegedly ingesting an overdose of a sex enhancing drug.
The deceased husband and father of three identified as Samson was reportedly found with his male organ erect.
A source said that prior to his death, Samson bragged about how he would impress his new girlfriend with the aide of the sex-enhancing drug.
Another source said the deceased had gone for the opening of a drinking bar where he discussed how he wanted to have a great time with his extramarital lover. It was there a friend suggested buying an over-the-counter “manpower” drug.
“After having intercourse for a long time, he could not ejaculate and must have died from the stress of the consistent hardness,” the source said.
“He was overpowered by the drug and it was the first time he took such a drug. He is not much of a drinker. He is married and has three little children.”
The lover was said to have ran away upon discovering Samson was dead.
Samson’s corpse was deposited at a mortuary in Warri Central Hospital.
A senior police officer, who did not want to be quoted, confirmed the incident but said none of the families was interested in reporting the case. He also said Samson’s family were yet to claim his body.
