Customs intercepts $375,000 (N130m) from businessman at Kaduna airport
Operatives of the Nigeria Customs Service arrested a man identified as Adamu Rabiu Muhammad with $375k (N130m) at Kaduna airport last Saturday.
The suspect, a businessman from Kano, was arrested while traveling to Dubai on a business trip.
Muhammad was handed over to the EFCC on Tuesday, with the cash found in his possession.
While commending the Nigerian Customs Service for its vigilance, EFCC Kaduna Zonal Head of Operations, Ibrahim Bappa, enjoined other Law enforcement agencies to work with the EFCC for a corrupt free Nigeria.
