Court dismisses suit by former Customs boss found in possession of 17 vehicles
A Federal High Court in Kaduna has dismissed the suit filed against EFCC by former Comptroller General of Nigeria Customs, Abdullahi Dikko Inde.
The anti-graft agency had found at least 17 vehicles at Inde’s warehouse in Kaduna in February.
The recovery was sequel to an intelligence the commission received that stolen money and properties suspected to be proceeds of crime were being stored in the warehouse.
Upon receipt of the intelligence, a team of operatives from the Kano Zonal Office were deployed to carry out the investigation
