Confirmed 2019 Election Result: Buhari records another huge victory over Atiku in Katsina
President Muhammadu Buhari has recorded another huge victory over Atiku Abubakar in his native Katsina State.
Buhari polled a total of 1,232,133 votes to defeat Atiku who amassed a total of 308,056 votes.
The total number of registered voters in the state is 3,210,422 while the total number of accredited voters is 1,628,865.
The total number of votes cast is 1,619,185 while the total number of valid votes is 1,555,473. A total of 63,712 votes were rejected.
Buhari has won 15 out of 27 states (including the FCT) that have been announced so far.
The collation of election results is currently ongoing in Abuja.
