Breaking: Five storey building collapses in Istanbul, reports say
An unidentified number of people are believed to be trapped after a 5-storey building collapsed in the Istanbul, Turkey’s capital.
A local news agency, Dogan, said the building collapsed Friday in a street near Istanbul’s pedestrian Istiklal Avenue, a main shopping district.
Dogan says a cafeteria was located at the entrance of the building although it was not known if anyone was inside at the time of collapse.
