Boko Haram: Suicide bomber kills 3, injures 4 in Maiduguri
Three people have been confirmed dead, while four others were injured when a suspected Boko Haram suicide bomber struck in Maiduguri, Borno state in the early hours of today.
The blast occurred at popular Baga Road area, in Maiduguri.
The Commissioner, Borno police command in a statement said “more police personnel have been deployed to most parts of the capital and other flash points in the state”.
“We need to ensure security of life and property, especially in the remaining days of the Ramadan fast and as Eid al-Fitr approaches,” the Commissioner said.
