Benue first lady: entrepreneurship is the key to addressing youth unemployment

The wife of Benue state Governor Eunice Ortom in a summit recently encourage the youth of Benue state.

The summit being the 1st Benue Youth Entrepreneurship Summit with the theme:”MADE IN BENUE IS POSSIBLE” was sponsored by her NGO Eunice Spring of Life Foundation ESLF.

It was a two day event packaged for 600 hundred youth drawn from all the council wards of the 23 Local Government Areas of the state.

The summit had in attendance her husband Governor Samuel Ortom , his Deputy Engr.Benson Abounu and Minister of Agriculture Chief Audu Ogbe.

The objectives of the summit was to arouse a spirit of entrepreneurship among Benue youths as well as re-engineer the orientation of Benue youths towards business enterprise.

She encouraged the youths that she has seen in them a generation that is ready to lead the way from the traditional tag of Benue as a civil service state.
