Army troops raid dreaded forest in Zamfara
Nigerian soldiers under Operation Sharan Daji, Troops of 1 Brigade, 1 Division Nigerian have successfully raided a dreaded forest in Zamfara state where armed bandits had made their dens.
The soldiers killed one of the armed bandits occupying the forest, on approaching the camp, the suspected bandits opened fire on the troops when they attempted to escape.
The raid by the soldiers took place on Monday September 25, 2017, at the Kahiru forest, Bakura local government area of Zamfara state
