Appeal court rule that Fayose can continue to operate his accounts in Zenith

An Appeal Court ruled that Governor Ayodele Fayose of Ekiti state can continue to operate his accounts in Zenith Bank.

EFCC had approached the Court of Appeal seeking an injunction to keep the accounts frozen, allegedly because the money was proceeds of corruption but the Appeal Court, sitting in Ado-Ekiti said the application for injunction by the EFCC was lacking in merit.
