30 year old Ajegunle man docked for sodomising 10 year old girl
An alleged sexual predator, Goddy Inyama, has been arraigned the court for defiling a 10-year-old girl through the anus and vagina.
Inyama, 30, was said to have committed the crime on May 6, 2018, at Sogbesan street, Apapa. He was paraded before the Ajegunle Magistrate court by Police Inspector Augustine Ejembi.
The prosecutor, Inspector Augustine Ejembi, told the court that Inyama unlawfully and sexually touched a 10-year-old girl in her vagina on May 6 at 7 p.m.
“Inyama sexually penetrated the anus, vagina and other parts of the victim’s body.
“He had sex with the girl through her anus and vagina and also touched her sexually without her consent,” he said.
Inyama pleaded not guilty to a three-count of unlawful sexual intercourse, unlawful touching of breast and penetrating the anus.
Magistrate Ajayi granted him bail in the sum of N500,000, with two sureties in like sum.
The case was adjourned till September 20 for Director of Public Prosecution’s advice.
