2019 Election: Donald Duke back in presidential race as SDP candidate
Donald Duke is back in the presidential race.
The Appeal Court in Abuja ruled on Thursday (today) that Duke is the official presidential candidate of the Social Democratic Party (SDP), setting aside the December 14, 2018 judgement of the FCT High Court which gave the ticket to Jerry Gana.
Since the December ruling, Duke has been left out of debates among presidential candidates.
The presidential election is only 26 days away.
