Winners Chapel member pulls gun on FRSC officers right after Sunday service

After first service in Winner’s Chapel, Durumi, Abuja, this man pulled a gun on a road safety official for daring to tell him to wear a seat belt. His wife too didn’t have her seat belt on. This happened on 18th September, 2016.

The man and his wife were asked to wear a seat belt by a road safety special marshal as he was driving out from the church with his wife and family.
He refused and they (special marshals of road safety) tried to stop him by standing in front of his car, he moved his car to crush them and they banged on his door. He came out with his gun, pointed it at a marshal, cocked it and threatened to shoot him.
Note: he was with his family, including children.
Other passersby who had their children are still traumatized.
Please share with every institution that bear arms in Nigeria and mandate them to produce his identity.
Look well, he may be your uncle or neighbour. Expose him for public safety.
He attended the church service. Winner’s Chapel should help hunt him down. Now is the time to know if number plates are traceable by road safety.
