Two children are yet to be located by their family members since they reportedly lost their mother to an accident along Ibadan-Ijebu Expressway.
A worker at the Ogun State Hospital Management Board, Abeokuta shared the children’s plight on Facebook.
The worker, Olawale Asiru Tope, said the children have been on admission at the State Hospital Ijebu Ode (Iye Subomi Child Care Centre) since the accident that claimed their mother’s life on Sunday.
“Their late mother was travelling to/from Ibadan from/to Ijebu Ode. These children are currently on admission in State Hospital Ijebu Ode (Iye Subomi Child Care Center). One is about 8months old and other is about 2years,” she said.
Tope urged anyone who could identify the children to assist in contacting their relatives.
She said their mother’s remains had been deposited at the mortuary.
