Victor Ikpeba trolled for saying Alex Iwobi plays for “Arsenal City”
Note to Ikpeba: Nigerian starlet Alex Iwobi plays for English Premier League’s Arsenal Football Club, NOT “Arsenal City”.
The Super Eagles of Nigeria defeated Zambia 2-1 on Sunday.
Former Eagles player Victor Ikpeba, notorious for speaking his own version of English heavily laced with pardonable accent and blunders, was analysing the game for Super Sports.
Lmao… That is how Super Sports switched off Victor Ikpeba's mic. How can you say Iwobi plays for Arsenal City.

Ikpeba set Twitter on fire after mistakenly saying Iwobi plays for “Arsenal City”.
He probably got him mixed up with fellow countryman Kelechi Iheanacho who plays for Manchester City, and was also on the scorers sheet.
But Twitter has no mercy.

If you are a young person and you're unemployed there is an opportunity in football commentary; you can do better than Victor Ikpeba.
