A teenager has been sentenced to a life behind bars after he brutally raped and murdered his high school mathematics teacher.

He will be eligible for parole in 25 years.

Paul Chism, now 17, carried out the gruesome murder in October 2013. He was just 14 years old at the time.

A jury found him guilty of both crimes in December 2015..
