Tailor hit by stray bullet during police, butchers’ clash in Bodija market dies
A fashion designer, Sefiat Mutiat who was hit by a stray bullet when men of the Oyo State police command and butchers at the bodija market had a clash two weeks ago has been confirmed dead.
Mutiat had sustained gunshot wound as a result of the clash over the relocation of butchers in Ibadan.
She reportedly died on Thursday at the University College Hospital (UCH) after spending days at the hospital for treatment.
There had been reports that she would need to undergo surgeries on her breast, womb and spinal cord.
