The distribution of hijab to students at the International School Ibadan by a Muslim group has caused uproar.
The minister also said that it was unacceptable that some federal institutions charge fees per course unit.
The affected students were said to have failed to meet the minimum academic requirements.
The students are stranded after being ordered to vacate their hostels.
The school’s VC disclosed that the students performed woefully in the recently concluded examinations.
