No fewer than 15 children were reportedly killed when a school bus collided with a truck in northern India on Thursday.
The driver of the Toyota Litace school bus belonging to Bessie International School, it was gathered, ran little Memunat Lamidi over while driving into the school compound.
She died while saving her pupils.
All 27 students made it out alive with one of them sustaining minor injuries.
