PHOTOS: Six suspected Yahoo boys and girls arrested with two bullets in Rivers

As the EFCC continues its clampdown on internet fraudsters across Nigeria, six more suspects have been apprehended in Rivers State.

According to the commission, the suspects, comprising four men and two ladies, were arrested on Friday at their hotel hideout in Rumuigbo, Port Harcourt, following intelligence report linking them with alleged fraudulent activities.

Such activities include online romance scam through numerous dating sites, as well as other forms of fraud still being investigated.

The suspects are named as: Oghenekewe Innocent Akinnawo, Kemka Godseat Amadi, Revelation Macaulay, Damilola Adedoyin Oyinloye, Mary Ndubuisi and Jennifer Vandi.

Some of the exhibits recovered from them at the point of arrest are three exotic cars – Benz- E350-4Matic; Toyota Camry XLE and Benz- GLE 450.

Other items recovered are four iPhones, four laptops, one iPad, one iron sealed stamp, cheque books, car number plates and two un-used bullets.

The anti-graft agency said they would soon be charged to court.
