SAD: Police officer shot in the head while pursuing suspects
October 21, 2015

An American police officer has died after being shot in the head during pursuit.
The tragedy happened, Tuesday, in New York.
New York’s Police Commissioner William Bratton said it was the fourth case of a police officer being shot to death in the city this year.
Doctors at a local hospital pronounced Randolph Holder, 33, late Tuesday evening.
He was shot while pursuing a suspect following a shots fired call in Manhattan’s East Harlem neighborhood, the Associated Press reports.
“Tonight, he did what every other officer in the NYPD does when the call comes: He ran toward danger,” police chief Bratton said in praise of his late officer.
“It was the last time he will respond to that call.”
Tragic.
