Rising model sentenced to life imprisonment for killing popular Nigerian model in UK
The court has handed down a life sentence to a rising model, George Koh, for killing Nigerian model Harry Uzoka, in the U.K.
Koh and his friends had attacked and stabbed Uzoka, a 25-year-old popular model, in the heart on January 11. The fight occurred after Koh bragged about sleeping with Uzoka’s model girlfriend, Ruby Campbell.
The former friends had exchanged angry text messages and arranged to gather some friends and meet up in Shepherd’s Bush for a fight during which Uzoka was stabbed to death.
Koh, convicted of murder at the Old Bailey in August, was given a life sentence with a minimum of 25 years.
Merse Dikanda, was also found guilty of murder and jailed for at least 22 years, and Jonathan Okigbo was given a 14-year sentence for manslaughter.
