Red Card! Player shoots referee dead after being sent off

The referee had showed the attacker a red card for a foul on another opponent during a match in the Cordoba district of Argentina. And the 25-year-old didn’t argue.
He simply went to his backpack and retrieved a gun. He then ran back on to the pitch as the game was continuing, shot the referee three times and one other player.
The referee, 48, was hit in the head, chest and neck while the other player, identified as Walter Zarate, got shot in the chest.
While referee Cesar Flores has since lost his live, Zarate is said to be out of danger after being rushed to a hospital.
“It all happened during the match. We don’t know what happened with the referee but the player was angry and went to get his gun and killed him,” a police spokesman said.
Police are still hunting for the shooter..
