Post-Trump Assassination: Secret Security Deploys New Means of Protection In Upcoming Rally

Following the near assassination of Former US President and Republican candidate, Donald Trump, in Pennsylvania a month back, the Secret Service has now deviced a new means of protecting the Candidate in an upcoming rally.
Recall that, on the 16th of July, 2024, Donald Trump was shot and narrowly assassinated in a Presidential rally.
Trump will now hold an oudoor rally on Wednesday, August 21 in North Carolina, his first open-air campaign since the tragic incident occured.
To that effect, the Secret Service has put in place security measures such as the use of bulletproof glass surrounding the podium Trump would use for the rally.
The Republican Candidate has held more than a dozen indoor rallies since the shooting occurred.
This comes after a directive by the Secret Service for the ex President to discontinue holding outdoor events.

Trump, however, informed his supporters, at an indoor arena in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, that he had no plans to jettison outdoor rallies.
Trump noted that, “the Secret Service has agreed to substantially step up their operation. They are very capable of doing so.”
The upcoming event billed for the aviation museum in Asheboro, North Carolina, promises to be water-tight, with tight security precautions being put in place to avoid a reoccurrence of the July incidence.
