Policemen protest in Ondo, harass journalists and residents

Some policemen have reportedly taken to the streets of Ondo on Monday to protest unpaid allowances for their role in the just concluded gubernatorial election in the state.
PUNCH gathers that the protesting men trooped out to Fagun street in Ondo town, chanting solidarity songs against the unfair treatment. Their protest has reportedly resulted in a traffic logjam in the area.
They have also reportedly taken law into their hands, harassing reporters who made attempts to speak with them and also residents who attempted to take photographs of the protest.
