A man from North Yorkshire, England has been told he must not have sex without obtaining permission from the police at least 24 hours earlier.

The man is also required to tell officers in North Yorkshire the name of the woman he plans to have sex with before having intercourse with her.

Peradventure he wants to do the deed outside North Yorkshire, he must also contact the relevant local police force.

These conditions were imposed on the man by way of an interim sexual risk order requested by North Yorkshire Police, Evening Standard reports.

According to Mirror, a court approved the Police’s request for the order preventing the man from having sex until May 19 unless he informs them beforehand earlier this week.

The sexual risk order was instituted to help monitor and restrict the activities of anyone who is deemed to pose a risk of sexual harm to the public.

The man who cannot be named for legal reasons, stands at risk of a five-year jail term if he breaches the order.
