Photos: Nigerian Christian group donates food, clothes to Muslims on Eid Mubarak day celebration
We Care Initiative (WCI) set aside this year’s Sallah Day to make less privileged Muslims happy.
The pro-Christian group donated several food items to the less privileged in Ijora-Badi area of Lagos, Thursday.
WCI initiator, Toluwase Olaniyan told Newsroom why the group took the laudable action.
We were able to give food and clothes to Muslims today. All we want to achieve is ensure the less privileged have something to eat. We want them to feel loved. We want them to have a sense of belonging. They all responded well to the initiative. We are happy we put smiles on their faces.
