Nigerian Airports: Trolley fees will be scrapped soon – Minister

Nigeria’s Minister of State for Aviation, Hadi Sirika, has said fees travellers pay for using trolleys in Nigerian airports will scrapped.
He said this at the inauguraion of teh Ministerial Committee on Assessment of Security Situation in Nigeria’s Airports, Friday.
According to the minister the payments could not be stopped immediately as the current contractual agreement on the handling of trolleys was yet to run out.
He said the contract would not be reviewed when it runs out.
“We have had discussions with FAAN on this and we have decided that as soon as this contract ends, we will return back to the old system,” the minister said..
