“Nigeria is our most important African trading partner” – PM says, as Buhari arrives The Netherlands
President Buhari is currently in The Hague to meet with Dutch Prime Minister, Mark Rutte.
Buhari is on a three-day working visit to the Netherlands.
The Netherlands PM said he was glad to intensify relations between his country and Nigeria.
“Nigeria is our most important African trading partner. For example in the field of modernising agriculture there are opportunities for Dutch companies and knowledge institutes,” he said.
“In addition to this, Nigeria is an important partner in combating irregular migration, human trafficking & security in the region. I look forward to further cooperation with President Buhari.”
