Mother of four, 40, dies mysteriously during sexual romp in hotel
36-year-old Owolabi Musiliu, a mechanic, has said he only just attempted to have sex with one Fausat Idowu for the first time since they started dating, when she mysteriously slumped and died.
They had been seeing for six months.
Musiliu is in police net over 40-year-old Fausat’s mysterious death.
The divorcee and a mother of four, according to Musiliu, had suddenly fallen ill as she undressed at a hotel in Abeokuta in preparation for a sexual romp.
He said Fausat died as he was taking her to the hospital.
Mulisiu, himself a father of three, told newsmen on Friday that he panicked and buried Fausat in a shallow grave.
Police commissioner in the state, Ahmed Iliyasu explained that the Fausat’s younger brother, Hammed Idowu, reported her disappearance on February 1, 2018.
Police traced her call log and found out Musiliu was the last person she spoke with.
Ilyasu said Musiliu was later tracked down and apprehended on March 19, 2018.
“On interrogation, the suspect admitted taking the deceased to a hotel at Iyana-Apakila, Abeokuta, for pleasure, where he claimed she fell ill. He said he took her in his vehicle but she died in the car mysteriously,” the police boss said.
“He further confessed that he took the corpse to a nearby bush, dug a shallow grave and buried it without disclosing same to anybody.
Ilyasu further said the circumstances of Fausat’s death was “questionable, which is condemnable.”
He said Musiliu would soon be arraigned in court following the conclusion of investigations.
