Kano police arrest debtors who stabbed creditor’s throat with nail
Police in Kano have arrested two men who stabbed their creditor, Alhaji Auwalu Awaisu, with nail in the throat.
Auwalu was said to have loaned one of the suspects, Aminu Manga, some amount of money and collected some documents as collateral.
When Aminu, however, called Auwalu about meeting at his residence to pay his money, he showed up with an accomplice.
Both suspects then stabbed him in the throat and fled with his car.
Residents in the area who heard the victim’s cry raced to his rescue and took him to the hospital. Aminu and his accomplice were apprehended afterwards.
