Kaduna State Govt partners Microsoft on e-governance

Microsoft has proposed to partner and support Kaduna State Government by offering technological solutions and services in the area of cyber security, formulation of IT policy for the state effective communication and collaboration solutions for civil servants in Kaduna state.

Governor El Rufai said that “We have just signed an agreement with Microsoft to deploy an e-government platform that will enable us relate intra-govenmentally.

He further stated that “2,500 sitting staff in the civil service who are IT savvy would be trained to meet the personnel needs for transition to e-governance.
